US Health Advisors. Karen asked for me by name, then started asking questions. She was very rude, and when I asked if I called her (for information) she called me stupid and hung up.

When I answered the guy asked for a past employee. I told him he no longer works here. He asked for the man that took his place. I told him we was out and was in mid sentence and he hung up on me.

Called my business asked for an employee that does not work there any more. When told her that, she then told me she was with Philadelphia Insurance and wanted to give me information to buy insurance. When I tried to ask her what this had to do with an ex-employee, she rudely said forget it and hung up.

Lady asked for my wife by name. I asked who's calling. shes said,"SIR! GOOD BYE!" all pissed.

4/26/19 = Rude lady with raspy voice was on the other end, she didn’t say hello she just asked “to speak to me” using my first & last name. The background sounded like busy/noisy call center. I asked her who’s calling, instead of answering the question she repeated her first line. When I asked again who’s Calling she hung up on me. My number is registered with “Do not call”.
