This person keeps calling and won't say a thing and just holds the phone

The last few weeks I have been getting phone calls and texts about selling a house that I have no association with. Weird.

They want to buy my house.

They are ruthless. We have been blocking the numbers they call from and they just spoof another. They had the audacity to actually go to one of my rental properties and look in the windows and left a note in the mailbox. One of the neighbors witnessed this. Thery target older citizens

They target everyone. They have no clue who is or isn't an older citizen.

You know that the best way to stop "ruthless" people would be to gather evidence and then sue them. But of course that would require you to actuall do something other then complain.

This number calls me multiple times per day. I tried to answer it a few times, but no one ever answered when I said hello. It's annoying and has been blocked. Even after blocking they still call like 4-6 times a day.
