Tried calling number back it was disconnected

Rec'd call. Answered right away as phone in hand to make a call. They immediately hung up.

They always call at the same time during the day , nobody is at the other side of phone and no message.I usually would not answer the call but it is annoying.

They left a message -it was from Citibank and related to the new Costco account. Reminding me that if I had automatic payments set up to AMEX, I know needed to switch to them.

Yep, it’s Citi cards calling to bug you about a late payment. They call constantly, almost 8x a day. I finally starting saving the phone numbers and setting the ringer to silent, so now they won’t bother me…at least until they call from the next new number. I got a call from this number today. It didnt even register as an incoming or missed call. Just all of a sudden had a voicemail. When i listened ro my voicemail i was told i had won something and needed to call to claim my prize. Really??

Yup it's Credit Card Terrorists, they use every means available to harass, annoy, interrupt, and piss-their customers. I am getting calls now 4X/day. The call numbers keep changing. they claim it is Citi but I have no business with them. No debts present or past. It is a scheme!!! Be afraid, be very afraid !!!

Jena,If you do not have people that you want to reach you that have numbers you do not know, try this. Set the default to "no ring" for everyone on your phone. Then go thru your contacts and set them to ring. This way you do not hear any of these new no's ring. I also set my default to no sound for everything. Every day, crooks pretend to be banks and other well-known companies to trick people into giving them personal information (credit card #s, social security #s, etc).
