Area Code 817 Information and Location Details

this number called me the first time I answered she said that she sees I am playing games and that she will have me located! then she hung up and when I called back no answer!!!! she proceeds to call again and says its a legal matter with my brother and she needs to locate him and that she works for the county as a locator! I am furious at this point and tell her if she did work for the county how

They called me saying that they have a case against me and needed my info. Dont know who and why. I asked for more info but they refused to give it.

Who owns this phone number?

Threatening call. States they have contacted me several times, now will be forced file a case and also will put a locator out for me. There is NOTHING that could be "filed" on me. Scam!
