Microsoft scam. I’ve heard this same message several times recently with different numbers, all local. Another site warned that it was a robocaller with a severe call activity and advised not to answer.

This is a Spanish speaking person and they asked for Allejandro. Didn't say much, but since I speak some Spanish I said No Aqui and they hung up. Mexican drug cartel perhaps?
