called on my cell phone did not say anything

Got a call from 814-259-1853.

This was an automated recording in regards to an expired Auto Warranty.

Called but left no message.

Just says from Shade Gap Pennsylvania, seems to be a voice over ip.. never ever leaves a msg. Dunno how to link with the other 814-259 calls- they all seem the same. Out of hand

Left a voice mail of total silence. Called back and it automatically hangs up.

Caller ID = SHADE GAP PA. Another repeat robocall: "Hello. This is Christie. I'm a Medicare Adviser on a recorded line." and the recording then stopped and the line disconnected.
