Called over the noon hour. Caller ID listed "Orbisonia, PA." Left no message. . . . Just another crap call.

It is either cold calls from a service for "paid dates" (thus the web link) or the first phase in an attempt to do a scam like the one described in this UPI article: South Carolina inmates accused of sexual blackmail scam targeting military. In either case, the best thing to do is report the call as spam to your service provider then delete the text and block the number.
