The boing spammer calls me frequently. As soon as I say hello, there is a plucked metal reed sound something like a jaw harp, which for lack of a better name I'm calling a "boing". When I hear that boing, I know to hang up immediately.This is a new low because the ring occurred at 8:56 PM.
