Scambook has no complaint listed only that they allegedly sent them a letter in 2013. The caller id showed "Dr. Leonard's Healthcare" which of course seems very suspicious. I said I had received the product. Not sure what this is about but I am calling the Amerimark company today in Cleveland and reporting this.

I did not answer the phone as I am not interested in ordering anything from this company but I see it was a spoofed number. I have blocked the number from calling me again.
