Posted on Craigslist a house in Beach Haven NJ with John Hinrichs. Deal of a lifetime! Red flag went up when I googled the house and the owner was someone else. I asked questions and he wouldn’t answer completely. He then asked me to bring him cash. That’s when I googled him and landed on this page. Thank GOD!

John Hinrichs listed a beach house property in Beach Haven for a vacation rental. He tried to scam me to send a deposit via Venmo to@Selah-Sartre all via email but with the above phone number. When I asked him to send confirmation that he was the owner, he never responded back. Steer clear of this guy! Scam artist!!!!!

Took us for $3.5k on beach house in north shore oahu.

Guy advertised on Craigslist got beach house rental. Would Not first supply number Pressured wife to Venmo money. Red flag when he kept asking for more money over Venmo. Then supplied this cell they he hung up on us.

“Chris Weick” claimed to have a property on Lake Wylie. We didn’t realize in time and showed up to the house we rented with family to find it wasn’t rented to us. Left us scrounging around to find alternative for family vacation... meaning we paid for 2 vacations. Please beware and report in any way possible. Anyone found a way to report him or track him?
