Area Code 719 Information and Location Details

My Caller ID said this call came from 719-284-3606, a Non-Fixed VoIP (e.g., Skype or Google Voice) out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. About a monthly and a half ago, I got the exact same voicemail from 206-309-2094, a Non-Fixed VoIP out of Seattle, Washington. The message was:"Hi, this is Jeff from Vehicle Protection. Got a call. Answered and they hung up.

Who owns this number?

Received a call. No one was on the line after my answer.

Called and immediately starting asking me to confirm personal information DOB, last 4 of SSN, etc. Would not tell me who they were or why they were calling and said they could not release that information without confirming they were speaking with the right person.Why on EARTH would I give you my personal info without knowing who you are and why you are calling me.

The caller left no message.

Trying to find out who owns this phone number.

Who would want to pick up such a strange phone call?

I received the same call on the exact same day! Recorded call stating they were calling from the social security administration investigation dept and wanted to call back asap. Suspect scam!!!

A Colorado Springs, Co number. Recorded call saying my Social Security Number is suspended and that I need to call them back. I called back, a man answered and was difficult to understand. I asked to repeat what he said and then he hung up on me. I would suggest if you get a call from the number, block the caller.

Same as above, a threat from a legal department. Haha, I’ve been retired 1.5 years...
