You are tempted to tear the living daylights out of these losers, cuss them out and give them what for, but it is better you didn't pick up the phone. Just block the number (taking out the previous one of 100 Verizon can only give you; wish there were 10,000 more). Then hope and pray that these creeps get locked up.

I would be willing to bet that the US Census has an office in Philadelphia. I would also be willing to bet that no government employees are working on a Sunday. Heck, you can barely get them to work during the week let alone on a weekend or a holiday.
