Area Code 717 Information and Location Details

Anyone knows who calls from 717-783-4649?

Receiving robo calls, not using my name or theirs. Regarding deliquent businness tax. Never lived in PA, never worked in PA, never owned a business. Can't reach by phone. Will not give me social security number of the phone.

Called and left voice mail saying I should call this number and Option 1 on Sat. I suspected it’s a scam so I searched PA.Gov and found the number is listed as Collections for Individual Taxes...but these days it’s easy to fake a call from a real number but the call is made from other locations/phones/computers.

Was complaining that the corporation was late filing corporate taxes 2009-2019....the company closed in 2002....made no sense.

Pioneer is the collection agency for the State of PA and the City of Philadelphia.

Just got a phone call stating that they were fron the PA revenue and they wanted to verify some information they did had my name and last name right. However when I stated that the IRS don't call people he stated that I could verify and call him back on monday. When I sak for his employeeI D number his voive started to crack. So he hang up

Said I owe the IRS money

Such a scam they call everyday and they ask for your social security number

Called on a Saturday. Called back says they are closed.

They call, call, call. Finally called back this morning and a recording said they were closed on Saturdays. These calls are an intrusion. I figure if I owed taxes, someone would surely let me know it - or at least, leave a voice mail.

Yes, all government offices are closed on the weekends. If you owed money you would be receiving a letter in the mail.

Multiple calls from this number but hung up seconds after I answered. Received a voicemail stating that the call pertained to an unresolved tax matter.
