This is a fax number that kept dialing our house phone over and over and over and just did nothing but beep loudly when I tried to answer. It became so frequent that I couldn't even make an outside call. Called the number from the fax (1-717-302-5000) and complained and they said it was a fax line and that would stop it immediately.

Called 4 times in a row! Hit answer on my phone and laid it down.

This is NOT Highmark Blue Shield. A professional company would never cal without a caller ID name. The number is spoofed . This is those looser drug addicted scammers. DO NOT PICK UP.

Keep getting calls that just beep

If you call them and let them know that it's not a fax number, they will take you off of the list. Have them transfer you to their IT dept and they will give you a ticket number for reference.
