Area Code 716 Information and Location Details

Completely took out $50 out of my account!! I have no idea who these ppl are!!

I had this company take money from my bank acct without my consent..how can they do that?? I never confirmed or agreed to them doing this..they said I owed a bill and wldnt give me anymore information about who it's for and why..?! They shouldn't be allowed to do that.

They aren't and I don't know why you would even think that they are allowed to do that. For starters, what is the name of "this company"? How did they access your account? Have you contact the bank to file a fraud dispute? Have you filed a police report? Have you contacted the FTC, the CFPB, and your State Attorney General?

I've been giving this company, who says I have a bill with them, $68.63 every two weeks since February. I got a call from the company I thought I was paying today and they're asking me when I was going to make a payment?

I did recieve an ERS voicemail,when they call I just don"t answer.

They are a bill collection agency they buy debts from companies like cell phone,jewelers,credit cards and hound you to death to get that money they are a switchboard and have several numbers with that exchange

I've received several calls from this number, first saying they were one company, and the second time they called from same number saying that they were from a company called ERS Associates. This is a New York number and when I called back they said it was regarding a legal matter but when I asked what legal matter no information was provided. I also asked for a phone number and address to have
