Area Code 716 Information and Location Details

Called my husband and said he was being sued for unpaid magazine subscriptions. Had his social security number and old addresses, including our current afldress in another state. The guys name was mark, he said he was an investigator. He tried to get my husband to pay $360 over Tuesday phone to stop the lawsuit. This is a big scam. Call your local authorities and let them know this happened!

this man “Mark” has been calling my land line for the last week. He just called at 8:05 this morning and say that if he don’t here from me today that the documents will be leaving his desk. He also stated that he has sent me numerous letters in the mail and messages.

On 9/11 I received a call from an unknown caller. He claimed to be with a processing serving Dept. He said his name was Mark Karminski (sp) and gave me a processing # 0934393 also file 2430. He said this call was to b handled by myself or my legal council. His voice was firm and sounded legitimate but something seemed off. Mark Kamorowski called me to get ahold of my daughter in law said he has been trying to call her for weeks and could get through so I took the info and text it to her I thought it was lajit then she text me back and said he was a scammer Wow that is really nuts who the hell dose he think he is

Received call claiming to be a process server from 2430 noted call being documented sounded very business like. Notated a file number. Have no previous documentation no legal matters to clear up. Reporting as a scam. Call from restricted number but left a call back number of 716 876 8107.

Mark "Hammerowski" or something similar called my landline number today from "The Processing Department" and left a voice mail that had me scared for a few minutes.He used my name several times and sounded firm.He gave a trial number, his phone number, 716-876-8107, ext. 115. Gave the date and said the call was recorded.

Recieved a call from this clown, who called on my landline & left a voicemail - with all of his information. I googled the number & was pre-warned. I knew I had nothing for anyone to say I owed anyone. for anything.

I didnt give him any of it and he also made the threats of wage garnishment, small claims, frozen accounts, etc. Mark Amerowski is what it sounded like. Maybe Camerowski? This clown is a very, very, very poor extortionists. Magazines are maybe $10 to $25 a year for a subscription. In some cases there may be some that are more such as National Geographic or the Smithsion Institute because they are heavy on the photos. Caller did leave a voicemail, claimed his name is Mark and he is from the process serving department. Gave me a file number and requested I return his call regarding this "legal" matter. I have NO legal matter pending or anticipated. Blocking this number w/in my phone. He has called both my home and cell phone!!!!
