Got a missed call

This is a scam- called saying they need to speak with my attorney- but wont say what its concerning- they wouldn't even give the name of who they were calling with.

Eric Hanna gets around...I got the call saying "he's marking me as unresponsive because of numerous attempts to contact me and my failure to respond." Just received a voicemail from an Eric Hanna from ARS telling either myself or my lawyer to call him today about a legal matter that has been placed in his office. Yeah, not going to happen.

Same as everybody else trying to collect for a debt over ten years old they call all my relatives too once they even said I had to appear in court in florida I called the Florida courts and was a lie.

Mike does not have to shutup. He can voice whatever opinion he likes. However, Mike, you judge others harshly. ARS is Known to be over zealous in recovery of debts that are usually out of the limitations. They used the Internet to hunt down phone numbers of relatives and my call came at 4 am. Please report ARS when they call.

I got a call on Monday 4-6-15. They are ARS...Atlantic Recovery Solutions located in Buffalo, NY. They are a COMPLIANT agency. They do not threaten process serverers coming to your door etc, BUT they do have accounts in legal status. I actually had my attorney contact them. All they can do is place a JUDGEMENT against you for 7 years. go to CREDITKARMA.COM for some knowledge on your credit.
