Area Code 716 Information and Location Details

He called saying he’s with ars and he’s trying to prevent me from appearing in court first off ars is healthcare debt collector I have Medicaid so BLOCKED

Nate Rivera 7716-242-7955 searched a database looking for a person who’s last name is the same as mine!! So Do mind you I don’t have a clue who this person is!! However, It Amazes me how these people can search someone information and assume that you know these people and is comfortable releasing private information without really knowing if you even know the person!!

Called me on my mobile number. I didn't pick up.

I just got a call from this phone number.

I got a call from my son asking for me (which I have never used my son's phone number). Nate Rivera called and told my son to have me call him at this number(716-562-3747) because they have a lawsuit against me. The call freaked my kids out and scared them to death thinking their mom is going to jail. He was trying to get more information on me from my kids. This Nate Person is violating the FDCPA

Sounds to me like Jessica is an employee of the same company - this scam went around a few years ago - they stopped calling when i told them i worked for an attorneys office & was forwarding them to legal council

Got a call from Nate revera as well, didnt believe him at first was a kay jewelers as well. I actually called kays and got directed to his client which directed me back to Nate. This is a valid company , PAY YOUR BILLS, i was skeptic at first as well. Cant trust anyone these days.
