Area Code 716 Information and Location Details

We received a call from a person with a Southwestern Asian accent said his name was John Wright with Biztech and was asking to speak to our IT person in regards to a "business document". He's been repeatedly calling on various days at various times.

Picked up phone and there was silence on the other end.

I keep getting calls from this number, no answer and no message.

Calls, but no one on the other end of the line. We're at a business. This is most likely some kind of scam/spam.

Left a robot voicemail that said "our toll free number is 1-716-442-3835 I repeat the number to call is 1-716-442-3835 this call may be recorded for quality and training purposes" but nothing more. Since when is area code 716 a toll-free number?

Repeated calls from 716-442-3717.

Female computer generated voice saying $299 is going to be taken out of my bank account if i don't call them and cancel

Subscription cancel request or they will auto renew. I do not even have a subscription. The number was blocked, but still made it through voicemail (?)

Received calls from this number on 3/31/19 and 9/3/19. Tried a callback on 3/31/19, was not a valid number.
