Called two times today. No message left.

Debt collectors scam

They called looking for my sister-in-law. She has had the same phone number for over 5 years. They said they could not make contact with her. She was smart enough to block them. I did also.

left msg with daughter that she was contact and they were trying to get in touch with me. then called on husbands cell, i spoke with cheryl miller who said david thomas wanted to speak to me. asked about bill from 2008. i hung up when he didnt want to tell me what asg stood for. he called back on home phone and left threat that things would not go well if i didnt call back today. number blocked

Got a call from this number stating my name and They had documentation that I was the person my daughter gave them for contact. Asked her and she thought they were the one she is getting a car through well I did call the number back and got the desk of a Davis Thomas and not the Cheryl Miller who called. I did not leave message but started checking the number out. Spam.

I received two calls on my work cell asking for the person who I assume had this number prior to my assignment. I did not answer either call. The first time she called directly and left a message, the second time she called from a restricted number but left the same number for call back. I was going to return the call until I saw this web page.

Just got a call from this number asking about my mom's relation to someone else. Said it was a legal matter. That my mom's name was in her file as a contact. I asked how she got my number. Said it was in her 'file'. I asked what type of file it was. I asked what type of company this is. The caller dodged each question.

A message was left on my work voicemail just saying, "I need to speak with you". Stated her name was Cheryl Miller.

just got call from same person. It was from an unknown number so I didn't answer it but she left the same type message for me. I'm glad I checked it out so she won't be getting any calls from me.

He said his name was Eric Turner he also knew my name and that he was looking for somebody named Kathy Brooks , which I do not know a Kathy Brooks. He said that she used me as a reference.... and that’s all he said! I don’t have any debt though .. so not sure what the call was actually about!

716-243-8558, Cheryl Miller called my husband and my in-laws. Asked my husband about my mom and my in-laws about my uncle. Said they were the point of contact which is utterly untrue. It sounds like they looked up online and found that they were related to me by marriage and they are my family. Do not give any info. I would suggest reporting the number to the local police department. do not

Got a voice mail message from Liz Smith at 716-243-8558, asking to speak to a relative. I called back and spoke to someone who identified himself as David Thomas and he stated he was her boss. He said it was urgent that my relative call back. I FB'd and Messengered my relative and told her about it. She said she thought it was a scam. I then did a check on the phone number and found these messages

A messagel was on my phone but not for me but for a long time friend. The call was from "Liz Smith". He also got a call on his phone from the same number earlier today where they were looking for a Benjamin Williams. In the message for him on my phone she said they were trying to locate Jean Williams. How they got my phone number in order to contact him, heaven only knows. He has never lived here,

Got two calls from this woman Cheryl Miller looking a family member stating my contact information was listed. Absolutely, not true. In fact this person has been gone for few years now guess they didn't bother to check the obituary section before trying to run a scam.

I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. A Cheryl Miller called and left a voicemail claiming to want to get in contact with my aunt. She said I was listed on her documents as a contact for my aunt lol. I know for certain I am not on any type of document in regards to my aunt. I'm not even her emergency contact, she has children who would be on a document before I ever would lol.

Cheryl Miller left message for me to call back 7162438558 about a man's name I never heard of born in 1977. Said my name was on his records?

Did not pick up and my blocker did not block. But they did leave a message... A "Liz Smith" was trying to reach my wife -- mentioned her first and last name -- regarding a matter concerning some other woman (Alessandra? ??). Clearly a scam with other evidence from others on the receiving end mentioned here. I have manually added to block list.
