Area Code 716 Information and Location Details

ASPHALT PAVING SPECIALIST called from Buffalo NY number but they say thy are in DENVER CO. SPAM call but most likely a SCAM!!

We just got a call from this number.

No one spoke.

Anybody else getting calls from 716-204-7863?

Wanted to know who owns this number.

Called me twice. They would not talk. Scared I guess.

Mine was an Allstate Insurance courtesy call informing me that there would be an inspector out to do a walk-around of the house within the week due to our change of coverage. Not spam.

This guy has called me, my family members and even someone who rents an old place I used to live in. He wants money for some debt I don’t remember and when I asked to prove it he got very angry. I looked up hid address and found a vacant building in upper NY. This is beyond harassment. Don’t let this jerk get to you and don’t give him any money. He is a scam artist. And a bad one at that.

If you have an address it would have been helpful to post it. In the meantime: It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and (this is the important part) that they have the legal right to collect it. V&R is definitely a scam. No reputable collection agency would commit such acts.

Ken Wexlman spoke to me earlier today. His assistant had told me earlier that a summons had been issued to my employer and they would be coming into arrest me later today. They said I owed $20,000 on a car loan that my ex received in a divorce settlement in 2011. I have no idea if she paid for it or not. Got a call from "Ken Wexlman" about a payday loan and some litigation from First Niagara Bank. I called First Niagara and they had no idea what this was in regard to.This is a scam and please do not let this person scare you.

Please be advised that I was hired by two gentleman to form New York llcs on their behalf. My only association with them was to form it; I have no legal or ethical connection to the LLC or them.
