It's all GARBAGE!! Ignore & block. IF they had a case, you/Victor would not be warned and it is illegal to claim to be a government employee AND threaten a law suit.! Phone calls are NOT legal notification of debt.

Got a call this morning from this number saying that a case was going to be filed against me and would soon be turned over to the court so they could locate me. Then said they were going to call my work and speak with my supervisor. I should consider this my “legal notification” and call the 855 number back before it’s too late. Has anyone been able to figure out exactly who this is?

I tried calling back and there is a message that says, "thank you for calling the business office". I stayed on the line for 30 minutes and they never picked up. I have put them on my blocked caller list because they didn't answer.
