Got a call from this number after 9pm on Easter Sunday on my cell phone. When I answered, the caller hung up on me. Called back and got the same recording as eveyone else...

Got a call from this number and the person told me that my cell number was her daughter number, turn out she was off by a number....

Recived call today 12/31/2008 at 12:10pm on my cell phone.(how did calling party get my number?) When I answered caller replyed "sorry wrong number" and hung up.Number was on my CID, and I returned called later the same day and received an automated reply " hold for your party", and then "this number is for outgoing calls only" and a hang up.

I got a call from this number and it was at exactly midnight,it was very creepy,I heard heavy breathing and then whoever was on that end of the linehung up..could it be someone playing pranks??

It could be a friend, family member who works there.. or perhaps a friend or family member who is in the hospital there or visiting someone in the hospital there and calling you. or a wrong number...

So why are they calling before 8 am then? I have no business with them

Got three calls in a row from this number this morning and they did not leave me a message. Called the number and got the same response everyone else did about this number is for outbound calls only. I have never been to MD Anderson and have no connection to it.

A lady told me that she got the wrong phone # and she hanged up. She called again 5 min later, she told me the same thing and hanged up.I have nothing to do with MD Anderson, never been there.

I used to work at MDA - if we left a message, it had to be very vague, to protect patient privacy. Some patients don't want their families to know the details of their condition, so that may be why they didn't leave a message. Hope everything is going OK for you!

Missed a call from this number today. Just did some googling and it seems to be from MD Anderson. Tried calling back too, and got a message that its for outbound calls only. I applied for a position and MD Anderson recently. I'm wondering if its the recruiter that's calling back. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I've received about 5 calls from the same number this week. Thanks for clarifying where the number was coming from. I am a patient at MD Anderson and will try to call back my doctor today. I hope it is not any urgent. I don't understand why they do not leave a message?
