Got a call this morning.

Called me a few times.

Left no voicemail

A person who cannot pay would draw no attention. A person like BB King who says he/she/it "ain't paying them sh*t!" sounds like a thief who deserves to be harassed.

So you must have received a call from them yourself otherwise you would not be here. Does that mean that you are not paying your bills? Did Portfolio prove to you not only that you owe the money, but that they have the absolute legal right to collect it?

When it comes to PRA, another good question to think about is; What would happen to them if they were to be somehow ordered to immediately make good on every single Judgment, Fine & Penalty that is still outstanding against them? Called me today. No message.

I received a call from this # but did not answer and no vm was left. If this is Portfolio Recovery, not long ago I was part of a class action suit against them for calling my cell phone. We won. The settlement was minimal but it's the principle that counts. So here they are again calling me on my cell phone.

The settlement was minimal. Now just think, if you had sued them on your own, the settlement would have been in the thousands. On top of all that they would have known who you are and would have certainly stopped calling you. As it is, all you are is a phone number to them.
