Area Code 713 Information and Location Details

Automated spam call in some Asian language to my cell phone. Naturally I had to pull off the road to answer it, and then had to try to get back into the traffic. Pretty annoying.

Anybody getting calls from this number?

This happened to me too and I would like guidance on what I need to do to take care of this because I also never received paperwork on me and I checked and there is no judgments against me. My bank account has been frozen since July but it still shows balance hold.

I did not receive any phone calls from this number. I woke up the other morning and all my bank accounts were frozen. I called my bank and was given this number to call. I was told that maybe there could be a payment plan or some other way to take care of the debt. The next day after my accounts were frozen all my balances became $0! So of course now I would have to find a plan for repayment

The thread you are replying to is 2 years old. No written notice? For your bank to freeze your accounts they would HAVE to be given paperwork from a COURT ordered settlement. Did you get copies? Did you ask? Court records are a matter of public record, very easy to find & see. Have to label this posting as "Suspect".

That's what I said no written notice, not even from the bank. I don't find it a habit to look at COURT's to see if anyone has a judgment against me. Label as you would like, this lawyer seems to be only after the money!!!
