Area Code 631 Information and Location Details

Idiots called me on my landline using my area code and first three numbers of my telephone advising me of a charge on my Amazon account and to stay on line to speak to someone in "cybersecurity" department. Hung up and blocked -- call came in at 11:36 PM and caller ID said out of area. SCAMMERS!

Didn't say who they were just asked for owner by full name, anybody (ligit calls) that knows him knows not to call him by that name. Simple solution - we have the entire 631 area code blocked. Our phones do not ring when the 631 area code calls.

Yes, Asked for the owner. You can tell they're up to no good when you ask to take a message & they say they'll call back.

Rhino .....came up in caller ID as Joseph Gunner....not only rude but LIARSBAD BUSINESS

This showed up as Rhino Management. Strike 1 - This is not a group we do business with. Strike 2 - This is not a local area code. They don't get a strike 3 yet as I don't answer any calls that are not local or known business contacts. They did not leave a message when the call went to voicemail.

Male caller asking for the owner...wouldn't identify himself. He hung up when denied.

Rude caller asking for "John". I asked "John" who? He stated a name and I placed him on hold to verify the number............caller hung up. I realized it was not a legit call from the tone in his voice and the caller hung up within seconds of being placed on hold. So very irritating!!!!
