They left name and voice mail -No reason the BBB would be contacting us. Suspect solicitation or scam.

Got a call from "Paul Crucial(sp) of BBB" for "owner of business"... I'm in Phoenix area... but I'm not running any business for a long time.

Not sure about the robocaller being used with this number. The recording mentions something about my phone number being randomly selected for some kind of lengthy stay at Marriot Hotels. Yeah... Note to public: Not when there's a global pandemic happening. STAYCATION! That's where I'm at.

A woman left a message that she was the BBB and would like to speak with the owner of the Business.. She didn't even know who she was calling or the company name. She requested a callback, left a number and no name.Not too professional or business-like.. but we have been receiving so many calls since the new year, all scams of some sort so be careful!

This is a legit call from the BBB; however they are trying to sell you accreditation. I asked that my business be removed from their calling list several years ago and now again today.

They left a VM asking for "the owner of the company". He said he was Jeff Cope from the BBB. Same as Dan above, we are California, not Arizona. It's a telemarketer trying to get business to join the BBB.

I got the same message as above just now.

Caller says they are calling from the BBB, I am in California not Arizona. Called the local BBB and they said it was a scam.

Caller said he was from better business bureau and spoke very emboldened.
