This person called than hung up. I called them back and they knew my name and asked when I graduated. I am on a no call list. I advised since they called me 4x's in 2 days if they call me again I will report them. This number comes up as Mcimetro Access Transmission Services LLC. What do they want and why are they calling.

Got dead air.

They said I would be getting a "medical review" from Anthem Blue Cross. I'm a mental health Provider, have had a couple of out of network Blue Cross patients over the years, but I'm not contracted with Blue Cross, so pretty spooky.. did someone complain about my services? I hope not.

Claimed to be calling on behalf of my health insurance provider and that they had information for me. They also left a callback number. I called my health insurance provider instead and inquired as to the legitimacy of this call. It was legit and Inovalon was hired to inquire as to any home care needs I may need. Fine, but using a third-party is a really BAD idea.

Claimed to be calling from Highmark Health Options but when googling the phone number that they asked me to call back on the voicemail left...no information. If they are calling from such a reputable company, the phone number w/ company info. Should easily show up in the search results. BLOCKED!

Inovalon is in a tough spot. They aren't BCBS. Claim to be affiliated, but in this age of cyber phishing who really knows? No, I don't give out my birthdate or year of birth or social security or anything to a voice over the phone. You want to talk about my healthcare? Really!?!? Claimed to be calling from Anthem Blue Cross to discuss my medical appointments. I told the guy, "I don't care to discuss my medical information with you, I don't know you." What the hell? I'm blocking the number and calling Anthem to [***] at them (if they are behind it). How dare they? Who the hell is stupid enough to give out personal information to strangers any more?

They called on April 13th at 2:02 p.m. I didn't answer. They left no message. They are SPAM for life.
