This is an automated survey from Sutter Health, Palo Alto Medical Foundation asking for feedback about a recent visit to a doctor or facility. There is no way to opt out and they phone after every visit. What a pain. Harassment.

iI called and ratted them all "Zeros" then was able to record my feelings about the survey at the end. Horribly intrusive as they continue to call AND send mailers

This is SUTTER . They would like you to do some marketing for them. No, you don’t get paid for your valuable time. And they do not pay you for your harassment everyday. Block the number.

I agree. I was slow to respond to an online version from PAMF/Sutter, prompting the follow-up call.

I get daily calls after 6 PM for a non-optional survey ringing my cell phone that is on the do not call list registry. No option to be removed from call list. No option to opt out of survey. They will keep calling until you do survey every time you visit a doctor.

The problem is not knowing why they’re calling but the problem is that it is a forced survey and call after hours on home phones cell phones or any phone in my case an emergency line that is on the do not call list registry. This is a federal crime And considered harassment as far as I’m concerned. If anyone wishes to group together, I am thinking of filing a federal complaint.

The Do Not Call Registry does not apply for three reasons (you should have read what it covers and does not cover when you signed up).1. It is not a sales call.2.
