Same as above, stated that have a warrant and need to discuss over the phone to mediate. Would not go into details about the warrant or would not disclose what CTC is or who they represent. Wanted to confirm mailing address and wanted me to wait for them to call back in two hours. If this is systematic, as I see above I recommend you do not divulge information and have them mail to you a letter

This number called and left a 4 seconds silent VM. I returned call and this is an unassigned phone number and asked me to check the number and dial again. I will block this number immediately.

When the machine picked up caller hung up.
