PG&E utility scam - just one of many different numbers used

a pause, then a woman said she's from T-mobile and checking that everything is OK. Asked for my husband by name. Seemed weird because we've had T-mobile for several years. She said they are just proactively reaching out to customers to make sure everything is good. That was it, she hung up after I said things were good.
This number calls and never leaves a message.
