Apple cloud scam

Two calls from this number, one right after the other. Caller ID says “Applestore” and “Apple Inc.” We weren’t home, so voicemail picked it up, and of course the scammers’ recording starts talking as soon as our greeting starts. I’ve have this call numerous times in a single day! I know no one that lives/ works in the Los Angeles area so I allowed the call to go to voicemail, reading the voice mail they identify that my Apple devices have been compromised...NOT!!! This is definitely a scam folks...don’t fall for it!

Same as above. Apple security breach scam. I don't have any apple devices so it would be hard to have a security problem.

Apple security breach! That's for sure. The local squirrels are probably eating all of the apples off the tree in my yard while these clowns are running interference. My dog can only sit and watch from inside the house. Could somebody in our federal government quit worrying about illegal immigrants and Russian interference and do something to stop this nuisance?

Recorded message (twice within 30 minutes) saying that my ICloud account had been breached. Interesting, since I don't have an ICloud account. Gave me a "toll free" number to call back, with the Seattle area code of 206....haha, that would not be toll free as Keesha and Anonymous above point out. Obvious scam. Now blocked.

Claimed my iCloud account was accessed from Russia over 25 times and that I should go to some obscure, NON-Apple website so they could walk me through the repair. Realized it was a scam within the 1st ten seconds when the initial message was grammatically incorrect and played along. Don't go to their website, don't follow their steps. CID = UNKNOWN NAME. Same as above. They called on this number with anonymous cid a few seconds after I picked up and hung up on the 818 254 1010 "APPLE INC" spoofed ID number. I have none of the insipid Apple products and plan to keep it that way. Did they really think I would fall for their scam after I ditched the first scam call?

Female robocall saying that my icloud account had suspicious activity and may have been compromised. Wanted me to press #1 to speak with a technician or call a '206' area code (Seattle, Washington) to speak with a technician about my compromised account. I hung up. Thank God for 800notes!
